Meet The Mortgage Bailout Guys

The Mortgage Bailout Guy

Hello, my name is Trevor Sines and I’m a real person just like you.  And, as a real person, I understand that building a relationship with someone is important in order to earn their trust. For this very reason, I want to tell you who I am, and what I’ve done, so you can determine whether or not you should listen to me.

To avoid going into long drawn out stories I’m just gonna give you the basics. My father left when I was three and my sister and I were raised by my determined hard working single mother.

Needless to say, things were tight growing up and I didn’t like being poor at all! In fact, when I was 12 I started my first company. Not really, but I approached 10 of my neighbors about setting up service contracts for mowing their lawns, raking their leaves, and shoveling their snow. I was offering this service for $15 dollars a month and 4 neighbors took me up on it. I was making $60 a month and as a 12 year old that was a lot of money…lol. This gave had my first taste of true entrepreneurship.

My mom also made it a point to remind me that education plays an important role when it comes to success in this world. I took this advice to heart but in my own way. I tend to have a very analytical way of thinking and it’s always been easy for me to solve problems. I don’t think I’m any smarter than the next guy but I’ve always done well academically and when I really want to learn about something I study it until I’m an expert.

Over the years I’ve had many jobs, managed several companies, and started a hand full of my own companies. I’ve had my ups and downs along the way but the values that my mother instilled in me at a very young age allowed me to persevere and keep moving forward.

Today, I find myself consumed within the niche of personal finance. Over the past 9 years I’ve studied the mortgage industry, the credit card and banking industry, credit repair, debt elimination, and wealth creation. I can confidently say that I’m an expert on most of these topics.

Currently, I own and operate Michigan Mortgage Modification, LLC a consumer advocate for homeowners looking for a mortgage bailout. My business partner, Jason Nolan and I have been successful in helping thousands of homeowners reduce their mortgage payments. In fact we’ve made it our goal to help as many homeowners as possible qualify for a mortgage bailout in 2010.

To help us reach this goal, we’ve created “The $67 Loan Modification Kit” the most detatiled and comprehensive “Do-it-Yourself” loan modification kit available to homeowners in todays market place.  With over 2 hours of video instruction, this “Do-it-Yourself” loan modification kit is like having me walk you through the entire mortgage bailout process in person.

I also own another company, Fedup With debt, LLC. This company is dedicated to educating consumers on advanced budgeting and debt elimination strategies. These strategies have allowed hundreds of homeowners to eliminate all of their debts in as little as 7 years without increasing their personal income or monthly expenses. I’m in the process of revamping Fedup With Debt’s website so it’s more user friendly and full of usefull free information.

I’m also an avid internet marketer. I probably spend at least $300 per month on new internet marketing products. The internet is the main source of leads for my business so it’s very important that I understand the latest and greatest marketing techniques so I can help the largest number of homeowners qualify for their mortgage bailout.

In fact, you’re probably reading this page because of the internet marketing that I’ve done to get you here.  So why am I telling you this?

Well, that depends on you. Most of my clients are suffering some form of financial hardship and they either need a reduction in payments or an increase in income. I currently help my clients with the reduction in payments and I want to teach them how to increase their income.

Internet marketing has allowed me to increase my income and if it’s done right it can help you do the same. The problem is that most people don’t know where to start so they don’t start at all.  That’s why I want to help you in any way I can by telling you what has and has not worked for me.

I hope the information I make available will help you reduce your payments and increase your income.  If you happen to find this information helpful please pass it along to a friend.

Your Friend,
Trevor Sines – The Mortgage Bailout Guy

The Other Mortgage Bailout Guy

As a lifelong resident of the Great Lakes State, I’ve always had an affinity for all things Michigan.  I was born and lived in Detroit until I was seven years old.  After moving to Sterling Heights for a year, we moved to Howell where I was raised and my parent’s still reside today.

You could describe my upbringing as typical middle class.   My father was a lineman working out of Local 17 IBEW in Detroit.  My mom was a nurse.  The youngest of three kids, I was raised with solid working class values.  We weren’t rich, but we weren’t poor, either.  Vacations were few and far between, usually a weekend at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio or a long weekend at a hotel with an indoor pool.  Overall, I consider myself fortunate.

Upon graduating with my Finance degree from Michigan State University in 1993, I began working as a Loan Officer for a small mortgage company in Bloomfield Hills, MI.  After a year and a half, I was promoted to Marketing Manager.  At the same time, I began pursuing my Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit-Mercy.  Upon my graduation, and at the urging of my wife Wendy, I had to make a choice:  pursue a new career path in Information Systems or take my mortgage career to the next level?

In 1998 I founded Nolan Mortgage Corporation.  As the President and Operations Manager, I grew the company from a single man operation working out of a spare bedroom, to a midsized mortgage firm located in Waterford, MI.  Over the ensuing twelve years, we would go on to fund thousands of mortgages for homeowners across the state of Michigan.  I’m proud of these accomplishments and built my mortgage company to last by following a simple mantra: Do the right thing.

In 2008 the stresses in the Michigan economy and early stages of the mortgage meltdown began to take a toll on my clients.  With falling home prices and rising joblessness, homeowners could no longer refinance their way out of their financial crisis.  Something had to be done.

I sought out Trevor Sines, a friend and long time colleague.  Trevor has a diverse background in consumer finance, but most important to me was his experience in debt settlement and debt negotiation.  With my mortgage industry pedigree and Trevor’s expertise in debt settlement, Michigan Mortgage Modification was born.

Michigan Mortgage Modification is our answer to the mortgage meltdown and recession crippling the finances of millions of Americans.  The inconvenient truth is that the banking industry has betrayed the American consumer.  This is evidenced by the countless stories of homeowners desperately seeking assistance from their “too big to fail” bank.  All too often those stories end in foreclosure and empty promises as these banks are generally “too big to care”.  We advocate for our clients best interests each and every day.  Since founding the company in 2008 Trevor and I have co authored the acclaimed book, “The $67 Loan Modification Kit” and personally helped countless homeowners to modify their mortgage payments to more affordable, sustainable terms.

This is very demanding, yet rewarding work.  I bring the same commitment to “Do the right thing” to Michigan Mortgage Modification.  Our success in helping our clients is real.  All of our services offer tremendous value and I am excited that Michigan Mortgage Modification has become an important part of the solution to the housing crisis here in Michigan.  While our work is far from over, I’m encouraged by the successes we have had  and am determined to build upon that success as we serve our neighbors both here in Michigan and across the country.
